help connecting 360 wireless adapter to hotel wirless network

Ok I am on the road and bought a 360 with a wireless adapter...I am staying at diffirent hotels and want to know if and how I can get the 360 to connect to the hotels wireless network so I can go on live..

I plug it in and it says disconnected in the network test...

I am trying to find out what info to give the 360 in manual settings or if there is another way to connect to the hotels wireless..it is unsecured so I don't need a password..

I have a laptop that will connect so if I can do something with that also

if you don`t get connection trough the xbox360 wireless networkadapter but throug your pc wlan card.
you can make an ICS connection from your pc via networkcable to your xbox360

were do I need to go on the pc to set up the icu connection?

I guess I should try to find out what info to give the 360 in manual settings or some other way to connect to the hotels wireless and found some wireless LAN, that should be effective for the hotel network.
