All i want to know, because i'm not sure, is if you mod your case, add extra fans and install LEDs do you get banned?  |

yes, they send a MS secret agent around town every week to peek into windows to know which consoles to ban for having a case mod.

yeah lowering the default reading speed from 12x to let's say 5x, would really let GTA4 (or any of your games) benefit from way less popups and loading times.
