broken ethernet IC and E75 Error

bull$#!t !

I get some trouble with my ethernet Port. Almost after 2-3 Minutes the ethernet dont work anymore.

I found the problem within the ethernet IC (the ISC) behind the ethernet plug. If I cool it down with
cooling spary it worked. So the IC have a problem. This is an xbox with the small IC.

I have also a broken xbox with the big version IC. So I desolder the small IC from my xbox and solder
the big version on it.

Badly I get an E75 Error on screen.

I thought , I made a bad solder and desolder all. I clean all pads and everything and power on the xbox without
any ethernet IC.

Also E75 !?

Why

I found here in the board the message that this IC is changeable AND dont needet. The
xbox shut be booting without it.

But this is dont true for me.

Also is it possible that I have to change more than the IC to switch from small to big IC ?
Maybe some of the resistores

Had anybody done this bevor ?

this time I switch/change also the both resistors

R1B12 -> R1B11
R1B13 -> R1B5

The error now change form E75 to E76

so, after resolder to box is now booting but it say

"no ethernet cable"


... maybe I have killed the IC at the solder ...

no, if I try the network test he say "no cable" or "not connected" -> the first test.

I think you have the change more if you switch from small IC to the big one.

hmmm badly I get NOW the RoD 

This is I launch box and I torture the board to much ....

It is a Love-Hate think between this box and me
