Well I had dumped my Full Auto game (NTSC Version) some time ago and since Full Auto Is Region Free, would it work if patched with a PAL SS Ke on my NTSC Machine?

no, unless the game is 100% identical between regions (doubtful).

Well Full Auto works on both NTSC NTSC/J and PAL.

that doesn't mean the game data on the disk is identical for all regions.

When extracting the SS key do I have to use my X360 harddrive with firmware, or can I use the WxRipper way by taking apart my DVD Drive and hotswapping ?

Well, Im not very fond of having to open my system and rewrite firmwares each time just to back up a new game.

I would much rather use WxRipper with a spare drive to make the ISO and then get the SS key from somewhere else.
