Hi,

I was referred to this site yesterday when my XeDK stopped working. Here's the details:

I was using a recovery disc to update my XeDK to the latest kernal/dash. After the disc blanked the flash, and was copying the files from the disc to the flash, my house's power flickered on and off. When i tried starting up the Xbox again, It wouldn't load the disc, and when taking the disc out of the Xbox and restarting it, it gives me the E 79 error code, with the 1033 alt. error code.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my XeDK working again?

Thanks in advance,

I've already tried using the recovery. It will not load any disc... I can not use the remote recovery either...it doesn't even get an IP assigned to it when it's connected to the internet.

As I said its not recoverable.

A corrupted system is not the same as one with a bad flash.
