Need help bad Hitachi v46

Hi i have A Hitachi v46 drive. I have it in mode B, its reconized by windows but when i try to flash it with Flashix it ask for

drive letter =f
choose a firware speed =I tryed them all
name the back up folder x16s-leon

then it says-Its not flashing it gives me 4 opions iv tryed them all also in the background i c the backup floder being made then they disaper when the error comes up and none of the opions to fix this works im sure windows finds my drive and its n mode b anyone know what should i do?

close down all your applications, make sure your drive has actually be assigned a letter and that it is the actual drive your trying to flash (not another DVD drive) - try using only numbers as a folder name
