took my 360 to my buddys house like day before had played bioshock for 3 hours no problem went to my buddys house he put in his backup of his own retail game medal of honor he has little kids i noticed he used memorex DL sucker got to title screen then froze up then upon reboot showed somthing funny on screen then after that 3 red lights

im wondering if the heatsink slipped loose or somthing because before today it never even burped then i take it on a trip with me today in my backpack couple times backpack was bouncing around on my back while i was running to catch bus or train and get to my freinds house it runs fine for like 5 minutes then starts acting up  Roll Eyes

classic ROD, most likely it was already damaged and the bouncing about was the final straw that broke it. if the heatsink had slipped (which it can't), you'd just get overheating (highspeed fan + 2 red lights).

well i have a new  halo 360 not a 65 nanometer one dang it  Angry now my question is, is it worth to have someone artic silver the heatsinks? or put a talismoon fan? ive heard the talismoon fan does some good in 12 volt mode but i heard that MS was banning people cause they noticed that or was that BS speculation

well i did the 12volt fan mod on my halo 360 cant say if it will prevent anything but i will say this it moves ALOT more air in 12 volt mode
