I am new to this site and the xbox 360 community and just registered to see if someone could PLEASE help!!!!! I have been searching and searching for the last 4 days straight on exactly how to hack my xbox 360 samsung drive but there have been several different ways to do it but I can't find half of the software needed, the best easiest way to do this and I am frustrated. So I am turning to experts who could help me out. I have taken apart my xbox and have the Nforce sata chipset but don't know where to find any software and even which way would be my best route? Could someone please help me out from the beginning so I can just play my xbox!!!! PLEASE!!!! Thanks in advance!!!!!!

I do NOT give support by email, PM, ICQ or whatever. Anyone annoying me that way will have his balls removed. With a rusty butterknife. Slowly. And I'll enjoy doing it.

Use #xbins on IRC (server efnet) to get ANY Xbox/Xbox 360 software (PC included) - use Xtreme Boot Maker to make yourself a custom hex edited mtkflash (make a text file, and rename the end to .bin) and select both ms28 options, copy it to C:...manually make a bootable floppy (right click, format, make dos..), go to C:\XBF\ and get mtkflash.exe and mtkflash.typ and put those on the floppy...turn of PC, unplug all drives except floppy...hook everything up (making sure you ground your Xbox 360) - boot your floppy....do mtkflash r orig.bin and press enter...when you get Xtreme Primary Number: x (x is usually 1, could be any number) turn off your 360...hold one finger on the power button and one on x (x being your number...usually one)...press them both at the exact same time and it should start reading...if not try again (turn off 360...then press escape) - once you done that, make sure you key is valid in firmware toolbox and your bin file is 256KB...do that and well go from there, don't understand any of it and you should not be attempting this

Hello, obviously you haven't been looking hard enough if you cant get the info to firmware flash the samsung. regardless, I will give you steps since I am in a good mood) 1)Get the latest Textbook Tutorial ( www.360mods.com and go to tutorial sections) 2)Read the Textbook Tutorial and specifically the Samsung section 3)Read it over and over until there is no more confusion Note: www.360mods.com is a good resource website.

ok....well, i have been looking hard but in all the wrong places. i did find a very helpful tutorial that explains very well but the only issue i am having now is that my pc will not boot from my usb flash drive. i double checked to make sure it boots from a removable device. i used iprep and told it to make my usb drive bootable, could someone be able to help me with any configuration issues that i may be missing? any help would be greatly appreciated. What do you mean it doesn't boot from the memory card? Did you try going through bios and do you know what bios is?
This project of firmware flashing is not that easy buddy. What drive do you have, do you have the VIA V6421 Card?

manually make a bootable one, right click - format, dos bootable (and fvck iPrep) - if it boots...it's iPrep (also make sure you get rid of everything on the stick and only have the bootable files on there)
