I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but honestly we all take risks. I don't mean to knock anyones country but frankly I have not read of many good things comming from people ordering out of Canada. Maybe there is more to this than we know with tight shipping restrictions in and out of North America. But they should have atleast contacted you none the less. You did the right thing informing others. Everyone is a smart ass until its there ass getting ripped off, so take it on the chin and keep moving forward.

3 weeks ago, we had a server crash, and this was a bad one. the worst i have ever seen.

sections of the server are not up and running, like the sql server. This is a big part that is where the order information is held. We have got some of the sql tables back and did some orders, but right now trying to get it re-done, we are hoping this coming weekend to have it all back so we can fill remaining orders.

Because of different timezones and having to do testing, this is taking alot of my time. But i need a little more from you guys. yes, i do appreciate you, the customer, ordering from us and we are trying our best to get things back up and running.

We haven't STOLEN anyones money or anything like that.

so don't you ever try to make people think that it was a one time thing that you never send me any thing i paid for.
there are lots of other people spread over a long time, not just a couple of weeks, that are complaining about you lame ass company never sending anything.

i paid you by CC and im still waiting for my return from my CC company, they also tried to reach you but never heard a damn thing back from you!

It's a f***ing shame that your site is still up and running while you only randomly deliver stuff.
