Use the NAND flash tool, enter the XEX decrypt keys there & they will be written to the registry. The XEXDecrypt tool reads the same registry entries

Are the XEX keys known and constant across all consoles, or does each Xbox have its own XEX key?  How/where does one get these keys?

I'm trying to load some XEXs into IDA Pro, but all the information I find seems to suggest they need to first be decrypted with XEXDecrypt, which needs the XEX keys, but no where do I see where to get these keys.  Am I missing something obvious here?
