MS28 with VCC trick + ICH5 & 6 = not working... Help !

I've got a ms28 that I can't get to flash.
I've tried the VCC Trick on an ICH5 and ICH6 motherboards with the same problem : I just can't dump the flash content ! Checked the solderings and they're 100% ok.
I've followed every lines in Textbook guide (which is very good btw) with no luck so far.
Using an iPrep'd USB key, the best I could get was to identify the serial device then mtkflash gets locked printing "Reading...00%" I then tried with dosflash with the same problem.
Timing seems really important too because in a 4 hour battle I could only get the serial chip identified a dozen times
Ms28 is powered using the xbox with the latest kernel (5787). Can this be related ?
I'm really lost and would really need some new ideas...

intel chipset does funny stuff get a Via pci sata card and use the 10 sec trick to get it workin just did one flawlessly

That is what I was planning to do as a "last resort"
I'll try that out once I get the card.

steps to get it working:

1. put switch to on position and turn on 360

2. turn on computer

3. type mtkflash r /m orig.bin (but don't hit enter yet)

4. turn off 360 and flick switch to off

5. turn on 360 and wait a few seconds

6. hit switch to on and then hit enter

7. select port and watch it dump

8. Repeat same steps to flash

My way to get it work:

1. turn on xbox power with switch "on", then pc power boot to DOS.
2. type mtkflash r /m orig.bin (do not press ENTER)
3. turn off xbox and flick switch to "off"
4. wait 10 second to xbox power pack light turn to yellow.
5. turn on xbox with right hand then in 0.5 second flick switch "on" with left hand.
6. move right hand to touch my nose then press "Enter" (slowly)
7. select port number then waola...

if not work repect step 2 to 6.

Why do the VCC trick and the ten sec trick i have never done the VCC trick only 10 sec
