Noob needs Help

Hi Guys,
I'd like to Flash my Xbox 360 Drive, which seems to be a Samsung Drive. The last time I took the Xbox 360 apparte was half a year ago so everything I remember is a lil' bit blurry^^. I'll check that later so you defenetly know which drive I have, but up to know I have no time for that. I never have flashed a Console before, so I need some advice from you guys. I need to know which tools I need, what could go wrong, how long it will take and which Flash I have to use? I know I can search the internet for the awnsers but as I said before, I unfortunally have no time for that:(.

Not to be rude, but if you don't have the time to do the research, then I doubt anyone here has the time to spoon feed you the info.

I don't want you guys to do the research for me. I just hadn't much time to do it yesterday so I had no questions to ask. Sorry. I just need someone who tells me, which information is correct so I don't brick my Drive.

The first question that I have is how to connect my drive to the pc. I know the drive is a normal SATA drive with a special power supply and I need a tool to provide the power for the drive. I've done a little research and found two devices that should solve my Problem. The one is  from Team Xecuter (XECUTER CONNECTIVITY KIT FOR XBOX 360) and the other is made by Xeno (XENO 360 CONNECTIVITY KIT). Which one is the best Connectivity Kit or is there a better one?
