i ordered the maximus passkey 0079 about 1 month ago on www.foundmy.com they refuse to reply, i paid by CC, haven't got anything from those lame bastards. are there more people with trouble ordering & getting their gear from them? i haven't got any reply, for about 1 month now... its on the resellers list from www.maximusgames.net thats why i ordered there... what a mess. |

but that wasn't available at that moment.
I would love to get the one from infectus, but those lame ass guys got my money for 2 chips already
now i would buy the infectus chip if i didn't already ordered that lame chip from maximus

okay,
calling the dutch police to make a complain about some chips that should be send to holland from the usa isn't the best solution.
just want to know if there are more people around that are waiting for items to be send from them.
1 month & no reply is a little long don't you think.
Canceling the order & getting money back isn't a thing i feel very confident about...since the refuse to reply

You can call your CC company and cancel that charge (you just have to give them a valid reason)

i just want to know if they are just having trouble, or that they are nothing more than a lame internet shop that is working together with maximus to get some extra money.
i know i can get my money back by calling my CC company, thanks for reminding though

I have personally done many transactions with foundmy. Never had an issue and although email is slow, the product always arrived.

you said you didn't feel confident about cancelling your order and getting your money back so lasonnette was just trying to help you by telling you if you paid by credit card they will be able to help...(mugs like you get conned allot just by your attitude) you probley mailed them a day after saying. mugs like me, my aditude? i know that he was trying to help, i thanked him for his help, if you red what i said instead of complaining about how i talk... (and you being such a good rolemodel for me) i think that when i order something and a store doesn't even feel the need to send items out in a month i can start asking around if more people have the same experience with that shop. i don't like any of your offensive language, Can we keep this ontopic, instead of being a flameboy and trow $#!t at me because you think you know better?? cancelling the order is simple as that, but i still don't have any chips then. I still want to receive the chips from them. i paid, orderd, waited for them to send me my chips. @kgn340 did you place an order recently? How long did i take before you got your items? |

thanks man, good to get some feedback from a dutch guy  Update about www.foundmy.com (SCAMMERS!!)they still refuse to mail me, call me, etc. etc. I am going to contact my CC company right away. Also going to blackmail them everywhere i can, what a bunch of wankers they are. This internet shop is bad for peoples trust in buying things online. I reference to all the url's i places in a reply above. Read them & make up you mind. They screw-ups, nothing more, nothing less. They also brought maximus his good name, in discredit |

This company is sketchy at best, and if you order, you have a 20% chance of actually getting your order. For those who did get their orders, they got them fast, but everyone else is left hanging with no response to e-mails, and the phone number given is directed to a full voicemail box.
