Hello, i have a question, is it possible to use a xbox 360 hard disk on windos xp? i mean.. is there any software able to format it to a fat32 or ntsc file system??, i wanna use this disk to store my personal data. thanks for your reply. Smiley

Yes, as a matter of fact, there are MANY tools out there you can use.

Just be sure to make a complete backup of that hard drive image, in case you ever want to use it on an Xbox 360 again.

You can use FDisk, which can be found on any old Windows boot floppy.

You can use a Linux LiveCD, which most of them have built in partition managers.

You can use Partition Magic, which can be downloaded as a free trial.

There are many more, but IMO those are the best options.

I could use that to format a HDD to fatX yeah?
Is there a small build of this that would fit on a CD or even a USB pen to save me installing?
