I lent my friend my X3 Xbox over year ago, and during that time he somehow wiped the HDD. When I got it back the other day I tried to reinstall the dash and that good stuff but I've forgotten how to do it. I got the newest UnleashX from Xbins, and put it on my HDD but I still can only access the X3 config. Any help is appreciated.

get Slayers Evo X disc or some other type of auto installer, burn to disc and run, easiest bet.
