Hi everyone,

I got a Xbox 1.0 with XBIT Modchip and the iND-Bios on it. Since 2006 I'm using XBMC as Dashboard and it worked fine for me, but now I got a big Problem. I updated my old Version to the latest PIMPED Version (XBMC-2007-05-27-PIMPED-linksboks) and now XBMC doesnt start any XBE Files Sad

I alot of games, homebrew games/software, dashboards, orignal games .... nothing works ...

Its 100% a XBMC a error, because I can start any XBE File from EvoX. I deleted the Cache, XBMC Profiles, etc ... but nothing helped, can someone help me please?

I got the same issue when I upgraded to XBMC T3CH SVN 2007-03-23 (I think that was the name...  Wink )
Anyway, I had to downgrade back to my old version from february I think it was and that version is working fine. Haven't really checked if this is an official bug but maybe it should be?

btw. I got a xbox 1.0 as well but with a Xecuter3 CE modchip.

I tried a older version of the PIMPED XBMC, it was also not working...

Today I tried the newest "TECH" Version and it works ....

... maybe a error in the PIMPED Build

By the sounds of it your xbmc is looking for your games folder and that games folder is not named the same as the name that xbmc is looking for hence why xbmc is not showing any of your games.

XBMC is showing the games, all paths are right. Its doesnt start any XBE File (also no original games).

I might not be installed correctly.. did you remove all traces of the old XBMC before you installed this one?

If its not an install problem, just go back to an old build you know worked.

assuming you have a slayers disc handy, format your C: drive ONLY and reload the standard dash..

Seen this a couple of times..  dont know why, but it worked for me.
