ms25 5.3c still on live as of last night (in work now  ) online with backups (no multiplayer yet) all stealthed no problems, 58% on the halo 3 beta with a crackdown backup (of my own original) and im straight onto it when its done. dont care about banning i can get a new xbox easily i would like to be a tester for the new FW!! BTW still not banned here, online with stealthed games multiplayer or single player connected to LIVE and signed out of xbox live on non stealthed for 9 days now, including all latested releases

As of this morning, 5/25/07, I'm still not banned.
Stats:
- Samsung ms28 - flashed w/ 5.2a previously, flashed w/ 5.3a before Spring Update
- Have played originals and backups each and every day since the bannings started
The only thing I haven't done in my testing to try to get banned is run a PAL game on my NTSC box.
Has anyone that's still not banned done this?
If your backups are all correctly stealthed, you should be fine, if you use any backups which have not been stealthed on your MS28 on Live you will be banned. not exactly....ive been on XBL everyday with ms28/5.2d and NO staealth backups...still aLive.... one more thing....new firmware will suck too...sooner or later...as long as u dont even know whats happenin.....its an risk that u`ll asume /// |

i have an MS28 and my crackdown was not stealth patched and im not banned. i also got the Halo 3 beta with it and i was playing it as every one was getting banned.

Firmware first flashed: Before Dash Update(Some time in april)

Firmware last updated: 2 Days after dash update

Number of originals that have been online with: 8
I have been playing backups online even since the banning everyday and i am not banned still and downloading content. I personally think that whatever method they are using to detect us gets logged and then the results get averaged out and if the average is above a certain bench mark the CID gets sent to a M$ rep for manual reveiw or further automated checks.

not banned here yet either. hitachi btw i never use original games as my kids have a tendency to ruin every game i buy . So i back em up and put the originals away .
If i get banned it will be interesting

I was banned today  after using ixtreme, but I have not connected to xbox live in 10 days, so they surely banned me before. Furthermore, this is not a new console it is 2 months old so i could have been flagged before. Owell I'm still happy this firmware came out.  I will try it on a new xbox 360 when i get it. |

Sorry for you Mustang, bud bud on the other side it makes me a little happy that even with the newest firmware, of ixtreme you did still get banned from live, that means that you're console was already banned before and that there was nothing you can do, maybe with a new 360 and the new firmware, that will maybe work. i hope to have a other 360 soon and will try to flash it to the newest firmware. |

It's been 9 days since I flashed a brand new Sammy MS-25 drive 360 with 5.3a and only playing stealth backups and it's still not banned. I've been playing only stealth backup on Live every day. I've been playing Crackdown too.
