PS If you must check the game partition, why can you proceed the check without selecting it???

Because after the Game CRC is in the online db, then the user can choose to check the game data or not.

Yeah but why give the choice?, surely the entire disc must be a match, what would be the point in just checking the stealth files and not the game crc?

For a new DB entry game data has to be CRC'ed correctly.
For stealth checking it may be enough (for some) to check the general stealth consistency. For ISO it makes more sense to CRC the game data, for disks its a lot quicker to just CRC the stealth files.
But I think the user should be given a more prominent choice to include a CRC of game data.

Plus there should eventually be a warning to those who only scan stealth (from a disk for example) that they should consider CRC'ing the game data.

Yeah i understand an entire check for the database, but if i were to perform just a stealth check on a backup, i could be putting myself at risk, interesting.

By the way, am i allowed to use my Kreon backups to add to the DB, or just originals?

Add anything to the DB you want.  It will accept or reject the games automatically.

Mulleter shows that my backups are ixtreme compatible and have all the security sectors, video, etc are all checked. However when I look on the log, it says the Hitachi SS is not there. This concerns me since my 360 has a Hitachi 78 drive.

I made my backups with a drive on my PC (kreon firmware) and XBC. Do I need to do anything additional or are my discs as stealth as it gets using the current ixtreme for hitachi?

Thanks

Loving your program and using it quite often. I noticed there aren't crc checks available for the latest games like bioshock, blue dragon, motogp'07. I was wondering how I can update my files to your database? Is there some option for this in mulleter?

Keep up the good work.

Cheers.
