just a maby stupid thought but,

i want to solder an xd card to my motherboard with a switch so that i can switch between original hynix chip and the xd card.

the next thing i would need is a modified xell that copies the nand raw to some place (maby hdd) and then when pressing "start" writes it back just after i hotswaped the hynix with the xd.

maby my spelling is a little stupid but you guys get the point right

is this a possibility ?

as far as I know, hotswapping doesn't work since the bios isn't cached, so the 360 crashes when you switch to a blank card/nand.

Won't work, sorry, you could use the Olympus MAUSB-10 or an Infectus to dump the flash initially
