Ever banned from a forum ? (Not this one ;-))

Hi,

For years I contributed to the forum:

Then there was the issue of disc scratch issues of the Xbox360 on the dutch television, and I wrote a complete topic about that with the problem, cause & the solution.

After 30 seconds moderator Chancer, deleted the post, and blocked my ip address from logging on that forum again. Now, when I go to that forum, I get:

"The error returned was:
Sorry, you are not permitted to use this board"

I never heart the real reason, from moderator Chancer why I was banned.

Sorry for posting this on this forum, moderators (hoping you are not banning me from this forum).

What do you think about this ?

i have also been removed twice from that forum, i find that it is heavily moderated especially in the dvd rom section which i mainly posted in.

I even have a tutorial on their list and i cant follow up on it to help people as i am now permabanned on that account in this name for which i was not told why either.

i made a new username and was banned again for nothing i guess they figured out it was me. they wont even let you back in once you have learned from your mistakes.

make a new username and adhere to the rules is all i can advise.

im glad i found this forum. I also got banned from xbox-scene. didnt remember the hole dictionary about what to type and not. So maybe i typed something wrong one time and now i never can write at that forum again. Almost the same happend at PS3news. But here i cant figur out why i got banned. i looked at my post lot of times and read the rules many times to see what i did wrong, but could´t figur it out. But f*** that i think this fourm is the best compare to the others

My ip address is blocked, and I cannot create a new account.
Maybe I need to call my ISP, to request a new ipaddress.

unplug your modem for 24 hours the ip address will change if not call isp and get it changed.

i would not bother as most of the info posted on there is posted here first.

Alrighty, 101 in getting around forums/sites blocking your I.P....g00gle Tor, download it and install it (I use Firefox, it's much easier...if you do there is an extension on the Tor website which will allow you to quickly enable/disable Tor at the touch of a button) then (if you don't have firefox) configure you browser to use it (go to internet settings, then go to LAN settings and put in localhost  |  port : 8118 for all of them).  Now your browser is set up to use Tor, what is Tor ?  Tor is an aynonomus proxy server, it's different to other crappy proxy's...well without being technical - because it is   Tor is legal, you won't "get into trouble" or anything like that...now you will never have the same I.P address and you can go on to teh sites/forums you have been banned from, make a new account : p...also Tor is good if you want to keep secrets   THIS IS IN NO WAY "HACKING XBOX SCENE" or anything as such, this is called being aynonomus and is completely A - o - k ...mods if there is a problem i'm sorry just delete/lock this post or something.
