hi, I flashed my xbox a couple time allready but recently I changed my motherboard with the same chipset NFORCE 4  but I enabled my raid on my sata port 1 and 2 and use those two disk as raid 0 for my OS and game install only...

When I plug my ms25 to the port 1 or 2 nothing is detected as normal ... so I plug my ms25 in my sata port thats left (port 3 or 4) and my bios detect it correctly ( Sata port 3) but when I run mtkflash the software only detect it as SATA on port 1... Like I said I plug it on port 3 , because of the raid mtkflash must skip the first 2 port and start at 1..

So does anybody know how to tell mtkflash to scan or use the device on sata port 3 I know I just have to desactivate the raid on my 2 first port but damn I'M scare after that I will not be able to rebuild my raid as it was then BAM reinstall windows all OVER again..

Hi,

I also have a Nforce4 Chipset (MSI Board). The first time I flashed my drive I used SATA-Port 1, but the second time Port1 and Port2 didnt worked.

I used Port 3 it worked very well for me, I dont know why Port1/2 didnt work ...

I uploaded for you the version which I used, maybe it will help you.
Try it with Port 1,2 and 3. Good Luck!
