my kids one is banned as of today, mine still ok, both on 1 router,  how the heck they are banning them as both only been turned on and accessed live within minutes of each other twice a day for a few minutes since the banning started, lol, and why 1 and not the other?

when garyopa started talking about the possibility of the spring update and the halo3 beta via crackdown could be the start of the banning process, i disconnected my 360 from the internet, and have not been on since. (a week). you think that there is a chance that, if there is a fix somehow, that i avoided the ban and can apply the fix, or have they been keeping tabs since before the update?

It depends on which theory you listen to.  I am of the mind that Microsoft has been recording unstealthed, and more recently nonjittering boxes from almost the induction.  If this is correct, and you are on their list, make no mistake, you are already banned.

I posted my info on Page 8 .... ms25 - Xtreme 5.2a before spring update. updated to Xtreme 5.3a - updated dashboard - last 3 days played Halo 3 beta online... not banned.

I just loaded PGR3 and purchased 1400 points on LIVE without any problems.

I think i'm a lucky guy.
The first time i connected i have already flashed my 360. I think i'l only change my firmware if i'm banned. I flashed at 5.2b, cause thats the only way that bootkmaker support. I'm a noob at flashing, so i followed a tutorial that says to flash using that bootmaker. I tried using 5.3.rar, but no success, so i puted the 5.2.
MS-25 here.
But i'd ask a thing. The guys who haven't been banned yet, could post your Z code at Xbox Live test connection/codes? Cause mine is giving 0000.000... but i don't know if there is some relation.

i have 3 friends with hitachis, with OLD no Disk Jitter, and all of the 3 are NOT BANNED and continue playing games in live...
I have 2 friends with ms25 and ms28 sammys and the same!!! all are playing backups and using old 3.0 and 3.1 extreme FWs...
But the 5 ppl repeats on a single pattern... and at this time is the only pattern that repeats... the 5 friends... BOUGHT the 360 and when received it THEY NEVER NEVER TURNED IT ON and CREATED THE FIRST PROFILE BEFORE FLASH THE DRIVE!!!
So the 5 guys bought the 360... OPEN IT, EXTRACT THE DRIVE... some power on it trough 360 and some through external power supply, then FLASHED IT... and then they TURNED THE 360 ON FOR FIRST TIME, and CREATED the INITIAL PROFILE with the DRIVE ALREADY FLASHED... no one of the 5 NEVER TURNED the 360 ON BEFORE FLASH to PLAY WITH THE ORIGINAL FW!!! So thats the pattern i see!

Other ppl that flashed after the first BOOT UP! can be banned or not, no pattern see there.

Dunno, some guy said that the one's who where about to e banned got something different on Z code.
