Firmware: 5.3c reporting as ms28, updated from 4.0 before spring update was installed. Was flashed with xtreme 1.0? before going on live for the first time when i first bought it. (not that i think that would change things)
Halo 3 beta downloaded and played for a short while with crackdown scene release.

notes:
I registered on Live the day i bought the console, Dec 2005,
I flashed the console 2 weeks after Xtreme 1.0 was released,
I flashed the console again when Xtreme 3.0 was released,
My 360 was then offline from December 2006 until I flashed it with Xtreme 5.3b 2 weeks ago,
only then did i go online to do the spring update.
Every flash was done with the 360's own power cable and video cable attached,
Flashed using via 6421L pci card and mtkflash (recovery method)
I have not downloaded Halo 3 beta, I have played Crackdown multiplayer,
and a few other multiplayer games the day before banning began.
Hope that lot helps someone.
Still on Live as I type this.

Hrrm, to be honest I don't know which hard drive I have because I've never personally opened it and messed with it, but I finally plugged mine in to just go through with it and face the music. Fired it up with the original Saints Row disc that came with my bundle and it said I had to do the latest update, so I proceeded with that. Update downloaded, and I was still on live. So for now, I'm still not banned. I expect that to change in the near future. My gamertag starts with J, by the way. ...and I just unplugged it again  I'll try it again this weekend. |

I have MS-25 Still unbanned so far.
Flashed to new 5.3 with jitter right before updating the dash.
I have also had a 0047 in this console since the dash update aswell as a 0047 then spoofed to ms25.
Alll of these were flashed in this console via console's Black Power/Status cable.
The 0047 was flashed a few times after update.
on another note I had deleted the gamesave for crackdown simply cause I didnt see it being worth losing XBL.
on top of that I also opened my Crackdown game in DVD-info pro and looked for the PFI and it was not a good copy of crackdown, #s and letters all over the place on the disc where they shouldnt have been.
May be worth looking into that for those of you not allready banned
also I played Battlefield2 for a good 18hrs online since the dash update and new flash and havent been hit as of yet.
any other info i can offer please let me know,

first time poster, long time reader ecetera,

Eeprom: No
Drive: Ms28
Flash Out Of Box With Stealth Firmware: Yes 4.2
Update Firmware before spring dash: Yes 5.3a
Anyone fit this criteria? or better still anyone with an ms28/25 not got an eeprom who have been banned? If so thats another theory debunked.

Never played any backup games, had xtrm 2.3 rev 2 and then C4Eva 2.4 before Spring Update. Flashed back to original after banning started.
Have played a lot of Full Auto (original) since flashing back to original after Spring Update.

Firmware Details:
- ModeB when poweron with tray open
- Media Detection V2
- Xtreme 800 to load backups
- No F900 core, maybe later
- No Firmware Stealth (maybe not needed anymore with this one)
Last Test: ALL Works Fine on XBOX Live!
UPDATE: Only start xbox360 with no disc in the tray! My Xbox360 never logins automatic needs to fix te connection.. Then everything is allways ok!! (becoz Router/Linux Server)
Only Game i played is Pro Evolution Soccer 6 online!!
Stil got no ban!
Checked all my iso's and discs on bad rips. Only version i found was Far Cry. Didn't played it online with this console so!
NO BAN at the moment!

Hi.. I'm new here, and want to help.... Well, I'm using the Xbox live all day (after the bans), but after the dash update, I'd never played a DVD game (no original ones or backup ones), only arcade games... And in about one month before the dash update i don't put any DVD in my xbox 360...
And well, I'm still not banned...
So i think its that... is the DVD drive speed

Never flashed /updated again...(I don't know the firmware i buy it flashed) in December 2006...

How do i see in dvdinfo if my backups are stealth..Or any other method to check and see if there stealth patched...Thanks
