Fast Q about new elite LG dvd and sumsang drive

Ok guys i just got the new elite 360 had to get the new hdmi anyway i have a older xbox360 with sumsang drive with the firmware. is there anyway i can take the old sumsang and put in my elite. I been lookin on both sites and cant find the help files on how to do this.  Or can i just hook up the new Lg dvd rom to my sata card and copy orig key then take my old sumsang and put that key in there would that work? plez let me know thaxs

the 78FK should be flashable with Toolbox 3.0, no need to swap with samsung
if u really want to swap maybe u can spoof the 78FK on the samsung and replace the key
