Ms28 fail to erase chip

Hi,

I have done many ms28a in the past eithout any problems using vcc trick with via. Every time I try to write to the chip it keeps coming up with crr fail to erase chip. It dumps the fw without any problems but cannot write back. I have never had any problems in the past. I use MTKflash 1.3c. I get the same message when I try to erase it as well.

you use both methods to flash a ms28? if you have a via card why would you even want to do this vcc trick?
