Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to copy a xbox 360 disc? Thanks.

Best method available at the moment? I'd say connect your 360 drive to your PC, kick it into ModeB, and use alcohol or clonecd.  Sorry if it's not step by step, but it's a place to start.  I'm too tired to step it out right now, but the information is all here on the forums. 

  Incidentally, the ISO's you make will not be compatible with any future releases of a hacked FW. (if a release ever happens)  If you've read up on the forums, you'll need certain data "placed" in the ISO at certain locations for the FW to find it and spoof the CR process.

It is necessary to write the program for Xbox1 to do{make} Raw Dump 360 image 1:1. On mine this good idea?
