Problem with sata controller

I received my s-ata controller today wich contains the Via 6241 but can't manage to get it recognised in mtkflash.
I've flashed my xbox before(Currently using xtreme 4.2) but always had to do it on my brothers pc wich has the nforce 4 chipset.

Well to the point, I've tried xtreme bootmaker but it didn't work. After that I tried to hexedit it but this didn't seem to work out.

I've tried disconnecting all drives except floppy and 360 drive but that didn't make difference it still doesn't find a drive.
I'm also doing it in the order the readmes describe:
turn pc on --> boot from floppy --> boot 360 with 0800 disc in for 10 secs then eject --> run mtkflash

Can anyone help me with this problem?

try leaving the hdd in so you get the 1 ide pri and 2 viaxxx master options then press 2 off the xbox and on it if it doesnt flash after that i will send you a modified mtkflash

I've found out that the internal sata is on port 9000 and but still don't know the external one, hexedited mtkflash for all 6 possibilities with no succes, seems I'll be only able to use the internal sata port.
But so when I plugged it in the internal one I did manage to get it recognised but when I try to read it out it hangs and does nothing.
I currently get:
1. IDE primary
2. VIA primary

Not the exact names but it looks like that.

Mmm when looking for the so called "10 sec trick" I read that the 0800 disc needs to be burned on a dual layer dvd?
I burned it on a single layer dvd because the 4.2 readme says that the 0800 security sector is read of layer 0, could this be the solution?

I managed to flash it with the internal sata port, a shame I can't get the drive recognised on the external one.
