** MS25 + E66 **

Hi guys

If this has been mentioned i do apologise i have looked but nothing the same as my problem.

ok... i have a MS25 January 2006 model.

I got the orig.bin from the machine fine - i put the firmware ( X50A.bin ) onto the 360 with no problem 100% ok. Now i tested the machine and to my suprise i got the E66 Error.

Now i have looked on the forums on how to correct this and am alittle unsure.

So i have "Tryed" to put the orig.bin back onto the 360 and it wont let me, it wnt even let me upgrade the fw. the orig.bin is on it hasnt been tampered with.
Can anyone sugest why i cnt put any fw on the machine?
If i sent it back to microsoft would the reject it or repair it?

After backing up the original firmware you need to patch the hacked firmware (x50a.bin) with the unique key of your drive before using it.

After the drive has been flashed with the Xtreme firmware it is write protected.
Use the "0800" disc (google it, or dl it from one of the xbox360 sites, and read the instructions) to make your drive "flashable" again (its easy).

As long as you have an unmodified copy of the original firmware, you should be able to get your 360 working again.

will i be able to do this ? becasue i cnt even put any fw on to it or take it off
