Hi
My DVD(LG v59) flash was corrupted will i programmed it.
I got a new one and I build a programer, I can read and write (all is well) .
i take my original dumped and programed it. (so far so good i read it and it is bit-exact)
whan i returned it the dvd still not working (not recognise by windows and no eject)

a question:
is the bin dump from the "OPA-XTREME-HITACHI-7IN1-V2_1" is the same one you geting from reading it in the programer ?
or do you need to change it (swap the data or something)?

please can someone help me.
thanks

you`ll need to make sure that the bin file you want on the drive has the original key inserted into it.

probaly the best way to do this is to get your consoles original dvd rom drive firmware the was bin, use firmware toolbox to encrypt it, and then prog it to the chip, then solder chip back onto board.................

needs the correct key, and also the was.bin or whatever bin file you programme to your chip needs to be encrypted.

firmware toolbox will tell you this
