Basically, my Samsung DVD-Drive died and I am replacing it with a New Hitachi DVD-Drive
Does anyone know how I can install it?, (unlocking it and retrieving the Code etc)

the key is on your samsung, and there's about a million topics and tutorials on how to swap drives.
