Im getting a new xbox 360,its my second(my first was a hitachi)but anyways i just wanted to know if new xbox 360's have anything that protects or stops me from hacking it with firmware?Thank you in advance

no, they sealed the case the with cobra venom--you touch it, you die.

To my knowledge all retail Xbox 360 are able to be hacked.  (At the moment)

Just wear protective gloves as to not get Venom on your skin.. It burns..
