Not reading! Can only eject!

Well, I had an Hitachi 47DJ, but it brokes, so I bought a Samsung MS25 TS-H943.... I didn't had the backup.bin because of some troubles I had with it, but I still had the drive key! So I extract the MS25 firmware and insert the key using KDX 1.5, than I have already tried to use make4.2a/b and make5.0a/b report as HT47, but when I try to put any disk in the xbox, it shows eject instead of read the game! Any suggestion of what to do? Thank you...

Have you hooked up everything properly, flashed it correctly, tried using an origional/back up, tried ejecting again, does it play dvds or xb1 games or any game/demo at all?  Have you installed the fall update?

- Yes, flash is correct.
- I don't have the orig.bin, just the key that i extract with Firmware Toolbox 3.0.
- I had try to insert both original and backup games, it always eject.
- Don't play anything, don't play games, music, neither movies, but it's ok in the menu, I can play demos.
- I never used the Xbox Live! Free of updates.

Actually, I was looking at the Hex Editor, and I think that both KDX 1.5 and Firmware Toolbox 3.0 didn't insert the key correctly to the firmware. See it:

KDX and FToobox extract this key (87CEE0C2DDEDB8679BAC5094E8955021) but I think the programas don't insert it the right way.

Any idea of what to do? If I do it manually, what should I do?
