Suitable FlashROM replacement for Hitachi GDR-3120L

Hi!

I have corrupt Flash on my Hitachi drive, but I have backup of the original (and key). 

The drive is now dead, no flash is possible.  So to re-flash I must use programmer but my programmer only accept 20mm TSOP, chip on GDR-3120L is 14mm TSOP.

It is SST 39sf020a, but I can not find anywhere SST 39sf020a in 20mm size easily available.

Is there another equivalent flash I can use that is easier to find and comes in 20mm TSOP package?

Someone suggest to me Atmel 49f002, is this right?  I think 39sf020a is 5v part, 256KB x8?

i think that you can use the 20mm one because the drive has extra pads
