How to Make XBOX 360 Backups?

Hi, I have 2 files called sx-gowu.dvd and sx-gowu.000

Does anyone know how I make them to the game?

Because some people told me I have to change the settings in the dvd file or something, and someone else told me just burn the files how they are to a dual layer disk.



Also, is there any way of making backups of a xbox 360 disk without opening or modding my computer's dvd drive? Or connecting my 360 to my computer? Thank you very much.
