Help needed t identify system.

Hi,

I currently know nothing about 360 & all this flash stuff. But i saw you can buy a pre-modded one from http://gameworlddirect.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=208&products_id=2956

And i'm wondering if someone can explain the setup to me as it's confusing. it doesn't specify the drive & i heard the ms28 was having trouble so any info on the drive would be great. Is it good/bad fast/slow etc etc.
