xecuter 2.6 mod chip

I ordered a XECUTER 2.6 mod chip , will it fix my xbox ? every time i boot up my xbox it has code error 16 - lost dashboard
so when i install mod chip will it allow me to get in and find my EEPROM. Huh

Yes the Xecuter 2.6 chip will fit in your box

What did you do to your xbox btw? Did you change the HDD or do something else?
As far as i know the error 16 is a dashboard error with time issues. If you install the 2.6 and flash it with the 5032 bios it will skip the time issue and allow you to access your box. Then you can go in and fix your dashboard files and that should fix this error for you. I don't think you need to go in and mess with your EEPROM etc.
