I need clear help with MS28 tutorial

I've gone through all the tutorials I can find and I still don't know what I did wrong.
I have a MS25 samsung drive and I flashed it from v3.3 to v4.2a. This makes my drive now a MS28 one.
I tried the tutorial v41 and I figure that the best way is to get my hands on a PCI card as I'm having a ICH5 onboard chipset.
The tutorial mentioned that the VIA VT6421L is the one to get and also have the pre-hex-edited MTKflash for downloading.
So I went out and get a VIA VT6421 Card today and pluged it into my mother board. The tutorial mentioned something like hook up a cd/dvd drive up to IDE so I pluged my Samsung DVD+RW drive into the IDE on that PCI Card and it was detected both in windows and in DOS.
I made a Bootable Floppy and copied the pre-hex-edited MTKflash (namely MTKvia and I changed the name to mtkflash as instructed) given in the tutorial with the readme file says"I've pasted the VIA vendorID and deviceID in place of Sil and Sis chipset, it works for me for VT6421 and VT8237, don't know for others, just try it."
After that I power off both my pc and 360 and plug a sata signal cable from my PCI card (SATA connector 1, I didn't change the jump so the default are connector 1 and connector 2) to my 360.
Then I turned on my pc with the 360 still off and waited till the floppy booting to a command prompt: A:\>
Then I turned on my 360 and waited a few second just like the tutorial said. I actually waited till I get to see the menu.
Then I tried the commend given in the tutorial: Mtkflash r /m /sata orig.bin and I pressed enter
It never gets to show my SATA port and I pressed "esc" twice to break down and find out the "status = 51 should be 70"
I thought that it might be that mtkflash is not /sata compatiable so I tried the updated "X360SAM0.2_MS28" from the tutorial as well and I still get the same error.
I followed the tutorial strictly and everything comes from that tutorial. What could possibly be wrong here?
I'm not very familliar with PCI card so what I did is get it out straight from box and plug it. I didn't set anything at all and my friend told me that if I didn't setup anything it will not be on RAID.
My mother board is Gigabyte GA-8ipe1000(pro) and the intel ICH5 chipset worked fine with MS25.
Any idea will be great appreciated.
Thanks.

???Also, when I use the Enable 0800 DVD, it works fine with the onboard ICH5 chipset but when I use the SATA cable from the PCI Card, it doesn' t work at all.
Not only that, when I plug the 360 drive to the PCi card, my pc Samsung drive which is plugged into the PCI card's IDE slut does not work at well. I checked the hardware management and it shows me that the device is not working. Strange......
