Cat and mouse game indeed, ms releases patch, hackers releases hack a few days later etc..... Im going to buy Oblivion this weekend and im going to make a legit backup of it in case my kids decide to go crazy on it, and hopefully soon i will be able to play my legit backup without having to do alot of mods to my dear 360. So i realy hope Xecuter gets a software flasher working within a short period of time  Cause it seems to me like they are willing to release it publicly, wich i think is good. TS has his reasons for not releasing his hack and i respect that, we also have to respect other ppl whowant to release this hack, and hopefully soon they will manage to do so  |

Have Team Xecuter ACTUALLY said they are developing the FIRMWARE.....
from what i read, i think its just a PROGRAM which u can flash the drive with firmware?
just how i read it .......

I just want to add my 2 cents if i may, i personally couldn't give a $#!t whether you released it or not because it's only a matter of time before someone else figures out what you've done, improves it and releases it to the entire world! Until then i won't be buying a 360, i am a very patient person..

You don't think billy and his mates are making enough money?? im sure copying a few xbox games isn't going to send him broke...
Then again it's your call, congratulation on your findings, months of hard work as you said has given someone else the information they need to do what it takes to really impress the xbox 360 community.

Your answer is in your question. They advocates hacking and not piracy. Most of the money on each game ain't going to "Billy" as you said. It is going to developers that worked 2 years to develop a game. Why do you think games cost 60$ now? They need to make money to make good games. If they don't have enough money, they rush to release it as fast as possible and you end up with games like Driv3r. If you play games, buy them. These are my 2 cents. smash Well Smash, i for one have never bought an xbox 1 game, i do however plan to own an xbox 360 but i don't plan to ever buy a game for that either. Living in Australia where your paying $120.00AUD for a game is f***ing rediculous. So f*** microsoft, f*** the developers and i suppose... f*** u! IF YOU CAN'T PAY SOMETHING DON'T BUY IT So if you can't pay a Ferrari you are also going to steal one? Strange kind of thinking is that. Ofcourse also I think games are a bit to expensive, but if everyone would think like this and would buy no game, there would be no developpers anymore and no games, no 360... I mean let's face it, everybody that comes here will obviously play a backup sometimes, but I think most of them buy games also. Well kudos to TS as I personally see it as a bonus for MS, during my days with the xbox I only bought the games I liked due to getting to try them first and ended up buying 21 original games for it before moving onto 360 and at present I have 9 360 games each costing between £32(when tescos had a 20% off deal)-£50(just bought GRAW at that price due to being sold out in the normal stores) even at £32 thats the guts of £300 addto that the £300 the console cost and I think MS and the Developers have done well from me but I have had a few games that I would rather have not bought.
I have always believed in buying software that warrents its price with content and was a big fan of the old GOLD Disks scene and would always buy what I found suited me, and for that one reason I'll never get rid of 360 games like PDZ, Amped3, Condemed, Quake4&Quake2, DOA4, RR6, GRAW, COD2 in fact thats all the games I've bought with one exception being GUN (Keeping it till I get the rest of the achievments) and Kameo (awesome GFX little replay value had to sell it with my core).
But just cause my thinking is one of "support it if its good" may not be the same as people just wanting every game for free so completely understand TS thinking.

Very nice video,
I do have 1 question. What video editing software do you use. Im create custom xbox live vids, and looking for a good editing software to produce exellelent results. I used to use pinnacle studio 9, but it dont have much for effects, transitions etc.

I in no way have asked for or doubted the hack you need to take a chill pill man slating me for voicing an
I'm not pissed off, I'm only voicing an opinion. The letters IMHO stand for In My Humble Opinion by the way. There are only a few minor contradictions in your statement.. cant see why this firmware if it was indeed hacked wouldent be all over the net by now i mean how hard is it really to post this firmware anonymously onto a news server /irc channel or torrent without trace 1 or 2 postings of it and there would be thousands of places with it in days, I belieived it when i seen it
Back to the topic. The latest news is that the firmware does not use hardcoded response values anymore. Still, there won't be any release. Simply wait for TeamExecuter to come up with the goods. So you guys have figured out a way to read the response from disc? Interesting. @madwill- I don't think your simply stating a voice. I have read your exact same posts on several other forums as well. I think people just are getting fed up with shuffling through 4-5 pages of newb questions which repeat themselves every 4-5 hrs. I mean seriously some people just need to read/search before asking its getting old. |

 sorry just went through some threads, but couldnt you guys try the flasher since you can reprogram the chip if it F's up you could always reprogram it right? |
