xbox backup creator

hi all
went i try to make a backup copy of full auto it say unable to determine the current visble partition read failed?
i have copy 360 game before and it be fine i try other games still get the  same  thing hope you can help i am ripping it with sh-d162c with freon v 81 firmware

well guys i suggest you explain what your setup is, by that i mean pc and xbox 360 plus what sata port your using etc....... evrything

Iam getting the same message.  I have the samsung drive flashed and when I try NBA street homecourt in the player it does not come up like the others and say xbox 360 games its says XGD2DVD instead and gets a error message when I try and rip it please help also
