change game disc region

I've read alot in this forum about regions, and I know that -so far- there is no way to make your xbox 360 a free region or a multi system box.
I've read also about disk regions and there are new games that are (region free) which is really cool.

But I have a question can't anyone pull the 'free region' signature from a disk and apply it on another disk? I know what I'm saying won't be easy, but I've never seen any thread here talking about such thing -I might not reached using the right words-. But shouldn't that do the trick, changing a game from being NTSC or PAL to a free region game?

before you get flamed for not reading, i"ll lay it out for you plain and simple. You cannot change the region code because the flag that sets it is signed by microsoft--meaning we cant change it and resign because we don't know that algorithm of the signature
