Yes it is. Those letters after the model# are simply option info such as bezel color etc... Wink

Eventhough it's no business of mine, how in the world can you say you seen the drive all over the place. It's like finding a needle in the haystack, except when you do find the needle, its damn expensive. Is there any site I'm missing other than ebay?

For all those who say these drives are easy to come by. Do the obvious thing and post some links. If links are not posted then all your comments do is add to the frustration level of those seeking the drives. Smiley

This site is advertising as in stock.....http://www.nintek.com.au/x/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=7683

You might want to call first though. Verify it is actually in stock. A lot of companies are taking pre-orders. Stating, they will ship as soon as it is received from the manufactuer.

http://www.exciteit.co.uk/store/EXCITE_viewItem.asp?idProduct=141090     In stock- 12 available as of today

http://www.misco.co.uk/productinformation/~100485~/product.htm?affiliate=2024   In stock as of today

Plus, some of the prices on ebay are not that bad. $50 dollars for a DVD-ROM that will do what this one will do is worth the small investment. Get it now before it is even harder to get later.
