samgung to samsung

i bought a replacement samsung ms 25 that needs a key. i tried flashing my friends orig bin (which i got threw mtkflash r/m backup.bin) which is also a samsung ms 25. when i connected to the tv i got the need to put disk into xbox or something like that. what could be wrong. please help, i've waited a long time now, help. thanks.
