open tray error with original game

hi i`v got a hitachi 47dj xecuter conectivity kitv1.2
my drive get seen by windows and is in modeb

i have flashed it with oap and now i get the tray open error with any thing i put in the xbox.

i have tryed restore.bat and still the same.
i can not restore and can not do any thing with the xbox i wish to restore it back to the original fw andy help pls.
