please help cant play xbox games

so now i have decided to start a new thread
i have made the solder points for the lite-on it drive and tore apart my tompson so i could get the pin head and i havent conected the soldered wires to the pin and tired to hook it up to the box with out the og dvd there (im trying to replace it) and my tray wont open when i push the button, is that because i crossed a solder? or because i havent made the final conections? any help please. if it is the solder points if i remove them will the drive function properly again? will i be able to put it back in the pc and it funtion? does it need to be flashed before it runs porperly in the box if it has been running for a while in the pc? or did i screw it up? the visual mods i have been doing since i have been inside are turning out great and i will be writeing tut's for them if i can ever get my box to work properly again if any one can help me out. in the mean time i will browse the threads and see if there is something that i missed

Wut kinda chip do ya have? And yes make sure you connect ALL wirez and solder points before lauanching....And make sure you chexx the compatability of DvDRom to the X and yes you will need 2 flash the Rom'z firmware(make sure you uze the rite version(Very Critical...Just az connecting all wirez and not crossing $older connectionz..."Kritcal"...Very Very Bad...(Boom===Smoke,Fizzle,Fizzile...bad, ya know")

tell you the truth i didnt mod this one and the man that did said his words reprogramed and i see no chip mod there.
so not properly done will i ever be able to get full productivity out of this? or should i buy a chip and do you recomend any? i herd X3 with a kit? is supossed to do what i want to be able to get out of it?

No prb homie..Yea that's why I did it myself cuzz nothin but a bunch of scamerz out there and yes me personally I would suggest nothing less than the best...X3 alllllll the way.If you do not want to go that route cuz of the extesive research and perfection needed to sucessfully hardmod ur box,you could alwayz softmodd and keep the X1 warrenty...

it just goes to evox dash
its saying int. up in the right hand corner then when i go to xbmc and go to my videos is the only way i am able to get the dvd to read anything it comes up with this green xbox thing from the game doa untimate, 30 sec then goes back to xbmc cant use hdd loader basicly xbox isnt talking corectly? to the x1? what have i not done?

sounds like your dvd drives knackerd...my xbox does the same if i put a bashed up disk in

yeah well i dont know if it will read xbox media its a lite-on it reader\writer anyone know what i need to do to be able to read them?

So what exactly is happining...?Your as far as networking to X1 rite, so you got all file folders open on the X, are you connecting to the X3 bios or to the EvoX dash...Make sure you use the Evo dash to xtract game otherwise it will not play.Let me know exatly what your setup is with the xbox and pc and where exatcly you got stumped.
