new drive in my 360 (hitachi into hitachi) HOW TO ?

ok ive read up on here and there is a lot off different way to do this

so can some1 point me to the right tut on how to do this
i ended up with the dredded half brick drive = no eject
i have my orig.bin file from my half bricked drive.
now my new mobo comes in morning.

so what is best way to do this

any and all help greatly apreciated
