Up until now i've had no problems flashing any amount of MS25 drives. I've been using a homemade autoflasher, but now i'm just using X360SAM going by the instructions in the v41 pdf flashing guide.
Anyway, my motherboard is an Asus A8N-SLI Premium, which is an NForce 4 SATA2 chipset. Everything always works fine, but for the past few hours had nothing but hassle..
The bad flash recovery doesn't work on my pc, so i've removed resistor and connected up a switch. Just for the record I'm also using an Xecutor connectivity kit so no 360 in sight
Anyway, I follow the instructions and I can read the firmware without problem EVERY time, however, no matter what I try I can't get it to flash at all..
Tried every method of pluging in drive and also switch position, etc etc but it always just either says no drive or after I press 1 for NForce1 Primary it just stays there doing nothing.
Anyone got any idea on how I can get this working with my setup or will I have to go out and buy a VIA board, and if so what CHEAP one is recommended?
