One question !!

When i look in XBOX360 SS Merger 1.6 the ss isn't correct with the image that i have extracted!
Can i burned this ss with the image?

I have use the Schtrom360XtractV2.1 and have no luck!
I use a originel game and want to extract the ss.
"Security sector exraction is currently not full supported on the "SH-D612C"!
"Inject the ss.bin later."

Just ignore that message!!

Schtrom extract V2.1 doesn't read the feature list from the drive, and will display the message no matter what the drive reports.
This will be fixed in the V2.2 release I've been told, so I guess we'll see an update soon 

So for now.... just ignore the message, and the image/SS extraction will work just fine.l

It's in beta as we speak   and yes, just ignore the warning message in v2.1

I have tried to merge and convert the image with ss and i have not the correct size image.
I have the nme360 chip!
Can anyone please help me ....too send me a guide!!

Testing it right now

16 min. and 15 sec. to rip perfect dark
Now burning the image without doing anything to it (hope it works)

(I extracted the ss a few times seperate to different files and all gave a different md5 checksum :/ so i dunno the outcome!, i hope the image will work, otherwise i'll have to wait till schtromxtract 2.2)

Burned the ripped image (with schtromxtract 2.1) and it plays perfect on my hitatchi

I didn't do a thing on the ripped iso, just rip and burn

you DON'T have to rip ss seperate and inject it later with xbox360 ss merger

Just rip the image, ignore the error when it tries to extract the ss

Just use Schtrom360XtractV2.1 and burn once done.

Just back up my Hitman 360 game and it worked flawlessly.

As previosuly mentioned ignore the error in Schtrom360XtractV2.1 and just burn with Clone CD

Since this new WORKING release the Ebay prices have tripled, over $100 now for a $20 drive!

Better to search for a real PC dealer, that can't raise the price like "Tiger Direct" or "Microbytes"

i just attempted to rip an xbox 1 game using schtrom 2.1 and kreon v0.8, but when i put the disc in the 360, it gives the "this is an xbox game disc.  please put it in your xbox to start playing."

the original had already been in the 360 so the update for it had already been dl'd.

the only error i got was the ss error (the one said to be ignored).

if put in my xbox (1), just says disc isnt there.

any words of wisdom?

sorry for the cross posting, this is in the schtrom thread as well.  but wasnt sure where the problem lies.  if you both reply here, by all means, ignore the other.

but you said we'd need to test xbox 1 discs, so i did.  and the last bit of info i forgot to post was the game was splinter cell (yes the original).  it was the only one i had close to me to try.  kinda silly to waste a dl disc on, but figured why not try it out.  so there you have it.  not sure if its the firmware, the program, or me. 

EDIT: forgot to say thanks for the hardwork on the firmware.  i havent done an original 360 game yet (since all the ones i own have already been done), but sounds like they work just fine.  congrats!
