strange noise from the dvd when playing backup games whit extreme 3.3

a flashed whit extreme 3.3 and when a play my backup game
the dvd playes a strange noise when its loding...what can be wrong !!

can it be that i burnd the game whit my nec 2500a whit hacked firmwe whit clonecd at 2.4x
or what can it be ??
i used verbatim dual dvd+r 2.4x whit clonecd
