Hitachi wont read games after 20min

I have my hitachi 47dj modified with latest firmware, after 15-20 min playing any game the 360 stop reading any game (backups or originals).
I have to let it rest for a while before I can use another game.

It reads movies DVD

Is it the firmware or a heat related problem with GPU?
