Just a quickie about SATA Chipset, plz help out!

Hey people!

Just a quickie here, i got a HP DX5150 (SFF), motherboard is unknown but i know it's a "ATI RADEON® XPRESS 200 Chipset" on it, and i got a SiLiCON 4379 SATA chipset, but huh... When im at details in the "ATI 4379 Serial ATA Controller", it says at "service" field ... SI3112r.

Is that my fuc*ing SATA CHIPSET (3112R) or is it 4379.... been lookin around n around .. but NOW i need to ask!

btw, the x360 drive i wanna flash is a Hitachi v47.

please and im no newbie, so if u wanna know something that could help me out.. just write... aiiight!.. peace and thanks in advance every1....
